Thanks heaps for the very sincere and positive feedback on my first podcast.

It’s inspired me to keep going.

This one is on:

* Anxiety

* Includes a really amazing visualisation,  which morphed into a slightly different visualisation, that I can briefly explain in the next podcast if you like?

* an extract of my personality profile from understandmyself.com, maybe you can relate to the snippet, maybe not.

* This leads to the carnivore diet

I try to keep the pod casts to between 30-45 minutes, but I can really talk about some of these in much more detail (if you can bear it!)
